We are people-centred organisation. We therefore aim to ensure that everyone who benefits from our services is involved in the development, delivery and management of all we do.
 
Strategic Objectives:

1. Community Capacity Building

To enhance the quality of life in our communities we are involved in activities to
develop the capacity and skills of the members of a community in such a way that
they are better able to identify, and help meet their needs and to participate more
fully in society. This involves providing opportunities for people to learn through
experience and involving people in a collective effort so that they gain confidence
in their ability to make the appropriate choices

2. Community Regeneration

To promote the involvement of people in a collective effort to improve the social, economic and environmental infrastructure of local communities.

Chara Trust is a registered charity (Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) whose area of benefit is worldwide. We are a trust,

 “ established for charitable purpose for the supporting of persons and
initiatives which are aimed at the improvement of the quality of life for children and families in the United Kingdom and also for the relief of persons anywhere in the world  who are suffering hardship as a result of natural disaster or are in need of assistance”
